Does adding whole-body vibration recovery to HIIT and a hypocaloric diet improve body composition and lipid profile in overweight or obese adults?

## Summary

In 40 overweight or obese adults, 8 weeks of cycling HIIT plus whole-body vibration recovery and a hypocaloric diet reduced body fat percentage, triglycerides, and total cholesterol. HIIT plus diet without vibration and diet alone did not show the same significant lipid or body-fat changes.
